Individual music therapy addresses specific goals related to: Attention-deficit hyperactive disorder, anxiety/depression, autism spectrum, developmental delays, mental-emotional healing, pain management, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-expression and vocational exploration, stroke or other cognitive delays, and verbal/nonverbal communication.

Couple/Family/Group Music Therapy

Couple/Family/Group music therapy addresses a specific goal as a couple or group, such as: Parent-child relationships and bonding, sibling rivalry and behavioral management, marriage or relational rejuvenation, group cohesion and rekindling sense of purpose, and socialization and fostering community.

Spirituality & Music Therapy

Incorporates your preference of music to further discover and explore your own spiritual journey in life, as well as use of contemplation and meditation using sounds, sights, and senses to greater discover peace in your mind, body, and soul.
